Refund policy
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind. Products will only be refunded, credited or replaced if the physical product is damaged or the incorrect item was shipped, if this is the case please get in touch within 5 business days at tastybitz21@gmail.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 3, Two Rocks, 6037, WA.
If your return is accepted, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
